- Teams will consist of 4 players (minimum)
- Matches from 7.30 – 9.45pm
- All games will be best of 3, par 15 scoring
- Handicaps will be applied to all players taking part, with players seeded to play accordingly
The committee are continuously striving for ways to improve and make good use of the facilities at the club.
To this end we would like to poll all members regarding the following. To partition an area between the No1 squash court and the Ladies showers to create a small self contained gym.
This could possibly contain 2 or 3 pieces of substantial aerobic exercise equipment, such as a rower, cross trainer, treadmill and/or possibly an exercise bench. This facility would greatly enhance the facilities available to existing members and certainly encourage new membership.

‘CLOSED’ HANDICAP TOURNAMENT starts Monday 7 November….. still spaces
‘CLOSED’ HANDICAP TOURNAMENT
The annual ‘Closed’ Handicap tournament will be run at the Club starting Monday 7 November.
First & Second round matches will be organised by the club but take place at your own leisure that week.
Finals night will be Friday 18 November, with the semi-finals & Final of the main event, along …

“Squashacise” Course for the ladies commencing 4th June……
”OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS”…
We are pleased to notify the Members of a “Squashacise” Course for the ladies ( Ages 16-90) commencing Saturday 4th June from 3.00pm till 4.30pm. It will be a ‘FUN’ workout with a cardio warm-up (squash related), followed by some group coaching tips on how to get started or how to improve

We are Thanet Squash Rackets Club, a squash club based in Broadstairs, Thanet, Kent
We have been established in Broadstairs since 1951, we have our own courts, facilities and ample parking, We have internal leagues and compete in the Kent league. We have players of all standards, including a 2005 National Champion.

Mark Neil wins the 2011 Nicholas Bennett Timed Tournament
…24 People braved the harsh January weather to enter the annual memorial tournament.
The timed handicap ‘Nicholas Bennett’ Cup, a favourite with everyone, pits skill against fitness and this year was no exception as Mark Neil ran out the winner, just outlasting Malcolm Syme in the final.
