    ''OPEN TO NON-MEMBERS'' We are pleased to notify the Members of a “Squashacise” Course for the ladies ( Ages 16-90) commencing Saturday 4th June from 3.00pm to 4.30pm It will be a 'FUN' workout with a cardio warm-up (squash related), followed by some group coaching tips on how to get started or how to improve your game and finally to finish with some games. Beginners welcome! Places are limited – please contact the Club Coach – Dave Berwick – dave_berwick@sky.com or call on 07928 518156 to book your place If you know someone who might be interested, please bring someone along to support your club and make this Squash England initiative a success at 3:00 pm
